2005-2021 were transformative years for EarthWalk Vermont, a non-profit community and nature education organization, on the Goddard College campus in Plainfield. After it closed, many of us knew then, and know now-----EarthWalk is more than "programs"....
EarthWalk continues to be a growing learning community rooted in Nature, and a vision for a more resilient, caring, nature-connected, soulful, and compassionate world.
In January 2024, Ange Gibbons, EarthWalk's founder, carefully and tenderly carried some of the many EarthWalk 'seeds' and renewed her commitment to this vision by renewing EarthWalk!! Ange 'started a business': EarthWalk, L3C*. EarthWalk's vision continues through local land and community partners and collaborators. A big renewal partnership is with the Fairbanks Museum (of Natural History, est. 1889), on a 500 acre Nature Preserve in Danville, Vermont!
